<p>Lead with Purpose – Become a Program Leader with Club K After School Zone</p>
<p><br>Location: Beaverton, Tigard-Tualatin or West Linn-Wilsonville School District (75% on-site) + Beaverton Office (25%)<br>Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons (average 26–28 hours/week) + ~2 weekday mornings<br>Compensation: Starting at $20.00+/hour, DOE & education level<br>No weekends. No late nights. Just meaningful, passion-driven work.</p>

<p>At Club K After School Zone, we’re building something bigger than after-school care—we’re shaping future-ready kids in a safe, creative, and enriching environment. We're seeking a Program Leader to drive success at one of our K–5 after-school program locations.</p>
<p>This leadership role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong team management skills, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for elementary-aged students. If you thrive on responsibility and are ready to lead by example, we want to meet you.</p>

<p>What You’ll Do</p>
<p>As a Program Leader, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites</li>
<li>Supervise and support a team of 1–2 teachers and/or aides</li>
<li>Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that reflect Club K’s values: Safety, Fun, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with Oregon state childcare regulations and reporting</li>
<li>Manage site logistics, student records, and parent communications</li>
<li>Collaborate with our admin team to meet program goals and plan for site success</li>
</ul>

<p>What We’re Looking For</p>
<ul>
<li>Required: At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs)</li>
<li>Required: Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development</li>
<li>Preferred: Leadership experience or experience supervising staff</li>
<li>Preferred: Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care</li>
