Veterinary Client Service Representative

<p><strong>Friendship Hospital for Animals, </strong>a leading AAHA- accredited hospital located in <strong>Washington D.C.</strong> &nbsp;is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to support our thriving primary care, emergency, and specialty teams. <p><strong>About the role:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>As the face of Friendship, the client service representative sets the tone for the client experience. This person will have excellent communication skills, is self motivated, and engaging in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has previous client facing experience in a veterinary setting, but if you’re willing to learn we are willing to teach!</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> This is a full time role with four 10 hour shifts per week. Some weekends and holidays may be required.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn.</li>

<li>Previous experience in a veterinary hospital a huge plus, but not required.</li>
