Senior Software Engineer Fullstack- PRO

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer who combines strong backend expertise in <strong>Go (Golang) with good React.js</strong> capabilities and, most importantly, a product-builder mindset.<br><br>This is a high-impact role for an engineer who goes beyond simply implementing requirements. You will identify problems, understand customer needs, shape solutions, and own outcomes end-to-end from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration.<br><br>While this is a full-stack position, the primary focus will be on building and evolving our high-throughput Go microservices ecosystem, powering millions of critical daily interactions, while contributing to intuitive React experiences where needed.<br><br><strong>We are looking for someone who thinks like a builder and acts like an owner,</strong>&nbsp; proactively identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, making pragmatic decisions, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into simple, scalable solutions.

<li>Own complex product initiatives end-to-end, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to building, launching, and iterating on it across Go backend services and React interfaces.</li>

Who You Are:

<li><strong>4–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering high-impact, production-grade applications at scale.</strong></li>

<li>Strong, hands-on proficiency in <strong>Go (Golang)</strong>, paired with deep expertise in microservices design, concurrency, and distributed systems fundamentals.</li>

<li>Comfortable with leveraging Agentic AI tools (such as AI coding agents, autonomous developer assistants, and LLM toolchains) as true force multipliers in your daily workflow.</li>

<li>Solid practical experience building modern, responsive frontend applications using&nbsp;<strong>React.js</strong> and JavaScript to deliver seamless full-stack user experiences.</li>

<li>Applied experience with high-volume databases <strong>(MongoDB, MySQL), message brokers (Kafka or RabbitMQ), and caching strategies (Redis).</strong></li>

<li>Strong grasp of algorithms, full-stack system <strong>design patterns, and debugging complex production environments (Datadog, Kibana, New Relic).</strong></li>
