Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

<p>We are currently hiring a full-time<strong> Clinic </strong><strong>Director</strong>&nbsp;<strong>of Physical Therapy</strong> for our Wendell, ID clinic. <ul><li>Currently a Licensed Physical Therapist, treating patients in our outpatient physical therapy setting while holding leadership responsibilities&nbsp;</li><li>Enhance company culture through acknowledgment and accountability</li><li>Weekly analysis of KPIs that leads to alignment of conditions and Management Action Plans (MAPs).</li><li>Lead, educate, and motivate staff in meaningful ways</li><li>Maintain excellent communication with all staff to ensure that they are reaching their potential both professionally and personally</li><li>Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment</li><li>Contribute to marketing efforts and empower communication with referral sources, patients, &amp; community members</li></ul>
