<p><strong>Apple Tree Dental is a nationally recognized, innovative non-profit group practice committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages and abilities. We serve communities both at our Centers for Dental Health and through mobile and on-site services in long-term care and assisted living facilities, Head Start centers, group homes, and schools.</strong></p>
<p>As an integral part of our dental staff, you will be responsible for completing all the phases in making dentures.</p>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Sterilize incoming cases</li>
<li>Pour up models</li>
<li>Trim models</li>
<li>Mount jobs for set-ups – new baseplates as needed</li>
<li>Baseplates, bite rims, and custom trays</li>
<li>Duplicating models</li>
<li>Setting up and waxing up cases</li>
<li>Processing and finishing</li>
<li>Repairs and relines</li>
<li>Maintaining stock of and ordering teeth</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Dental lab experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Effective oral and written communication skills required </li>
<li>Successful clearance of general and DHS background checks required</li>
</ul>

Physical Demands
<li>Prolonged sitting or standing may be required. </li>
<li>Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination normally associated with dental lab work will be performed on a repetitive basis. </li>
<li>The ability to distinguish letters and symbols as well as the ability to utilize telephones, computer terminals and copiers is required. </li>
<li>Frequent exposure to dust, chemicals or fumes within a confined laboratory environment may routinely be encountered.</li>
