Senior Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist (maternity cover)

<p>In this role, you prove technical and practical expertise in the oversight of personnel administration and payroll in accordance with the local legislations and corporate rules.<br>You serve as the Senior Specialist responsible for interpreting policies, determining compliance. You are a professional resource to management and employees to administer, implement and provide benefits and payroll-related communications to employees.<br><br>You establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and you are responsible for pro-active employee relations.</p>

<p>• Previous experience in personnel administration and payroll minimum 5 years<br>• University degree<br>• Working level of English<br>• Ability to multitask and work hard<br>• Must be very detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and follow up skills<br>• Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service</p>
