<p>We are seeking a&nbsp;detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant&nbsp;to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for the legal field.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting</li>

<li>Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic</li>

<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and client consultations</li>

<li>Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties professionally and promptly</li>

<li>Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with deadlines and filing requirements</li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree or&nbsp;paralegal certification&nbsp;preferred</li>

<li>1-3 years&nbsp;of experience in a legal setting - Immigration Setting</li>

<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software</li>

<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>

<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>

<li>Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus</li>
