About this role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results driven Global Account Rep to join our Automotive &amp; Manufacturing team. In this role, as part of a global team you will own the end to end sales cycle for one of our large global Automotive customers. <br><br>You will serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for your line of business, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding AWS adoption, and positioning AWS as the preferred cloud platform. You will develop deep relationships with C suite executives, VPs of IT and Engineering, and key technical decision makers to understand their business challenges and map them to AWS solutions spanning cloud migration, data analytics, IoT, AI/ML, and generative AI.<br><br>This is an opportunity to shape the cloud strategy of one of the world's most iconic automotive OEMs. You will partner cross functionally with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Partner teams, and AWS service teams to deliver compelling value propositions and drive measurable business outcomes for your customers.<br><br><br>Key job responsibilities<br>Own and exceed annual revenue targets and quota <br>Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify whitespace opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and drive long term customer success<br>Build and maintain executive level relationships (VP, SVP, CxO) across customer organizations, becoming a trusted business advisor<br>Lead complex, multi stakeholder deal cycles involving cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, enterprise agreements, and AI/ML workloads<br>Partner with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Partner teams to craft differentiated solutions that address customer business and technical requirements<br>Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline using Salesforce and internal planning tools; maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene<br>Identify and develop new business opportunities including net new workloads, cross sell, and upsell within existing account<br>Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing AWS product roadmaps, go to market strategies, and investment priorities for the automotive and manufacturing vertical<br>Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute industry events, executive briefings, and thought leadership engagements<br>Stay current on automotive and manufacturing industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology to provide relevant insights to customers and internal stakeholders<br>

- Travel up to 25% of the time<br>- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development experience<br>- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent<br>- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals<br>- Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent<br>- Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals<br>- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions<br>- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
