Maitnence Technician at Extreme Express Car Wash

<p>Maintenance Technician&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal condition of our car wash tunnel and equipment, as well as maintaining the surrounding property. This role involves a variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and landscaping. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Perform daily checks and complete maintenance checklists for car wash equipment.</li>

<li>Power wash and clean car wash tunnels, equipment, and surrounding areas.</li>

<li>Clean and replace filters and car wash brushes.</li>

<li>Lubricate car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li>

<li>Assist with equipment repairs and troubleshoot malfunctions.</li>

<li>Order and manage replacement parts and supplies.</li>

<li>Stock and organize spare parts, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.</li>

<li>Perform routine checks on all car wash components.</li>

<li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including returning tools to their proper locations.</li>

<li>Maintain the parking lot and vacuum areas, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.</li>

<li>Maintain the grass and landscape areas, including mowing, weeding, and trash removal.</li>

<li>Clean and remove dirt from trenches.</li>

<li>Paint walls and other surfaces as needed.</li>

<li>Replace and manage chemical supplies.</li>

<li>Finish all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.</li>

<p>- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.</p>

<p>- Reliable transportation.</p>

<p>- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast paced environment.</p>

<p>- Available to work Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.</p>
