<p>Are you a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults? Larmax Homes is seeking an experienced Med Aide to join our team in McLean, Virginia.</p>

<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>· Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations</p>

<p>· Monitor resident health and report changes in condition</p>

<p>· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility</p>

<p>· Document medications, treatments, and resident care accurately</p>

<p>· Support meal service, hydration, and resident wellness</p>

<p>· Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities</p>

<p>· Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families</p>

<p>· Work collaboratively with nurses, house managers, and care staff to provide exceptional care</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<p>· Current Virginia Medication Aide Certification</p>

<p>· Current Virginia CNA certification preferred</p>

<p>· CPR and First Aid Certification</p>

<p>· Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care</p>

<p>· Strong communication and organizational skills</p>

<p>· Reliable, professional, and team-oriented</p>
