<h3><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></h3>

<p>We are hiring a High-Agency Engineer to transform legacy endpoint management into a high-velocity, AI-augmented operation. Joining our Center of Excellence (CoE), you won't just maintain system, you will leverage GenAI and PowerShell to automate the intersection of Application Packaging, Cloud Deployment (Intune/SCCM), and Vulnerability Management.</p>

<h3><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></h3>

<p><strong>Must-Have's</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>4+ years of hands-on experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;SCCM, Microsoft Intune, InstallShield, and ORCA&nbsp;for application packaging and deployment.</li>

<li>Strong experience with&nbsp;VBScript&nbsp;and&nbsp;advanced PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of&nbsp;Windows Registry and File System internals.</li>

<li>3+ years of experience in vulnerability management, including patch lifecycle management using tools such as&nbsp;WSUS, Active Directory, and endpoint security solutions.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to manage&nbsp;application packaging, deployment, and remediation processes&nbsp;in enterprise environments.</li>

<li>A strong&nbsp;AI-first mindset, with experience leveraging&nbsp;Generative AI tools&nbsp;to improve efficiency in&nbsp;triage, packaging, testing, deployment, and operational tasks.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience using&nbsp;GenAI or automation tools&nbsp;to streamline&nbsp;application packaging, testing, deployment, and vulnerability remediation workflows.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p>

<li>Microsoft or vendor certifications (Intune, SCCM, Windows, Azure, ITIL).</li>

<li>Experience supporting UK/regulated clients.</li>
