Janitorial Floaters/Full Time Eastside or Westside of Cleveland

<p>We are seeking dedicated Janitorial professionals to join our team, these&nbsp; positions require working on the East side/West side of Cleveland, ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.</p><ul><li>Perform a wide range of cleaning duties in various locations across Cleveland</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas</li><li>Dispose of trash properly</li><li>Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed</li><li>Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to management</li><li>Comply with all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned</li><li>Adapt to different cleaning requirements in various facilities</li></ul><p>First and Second Shifts are available and some weekend hours.&nbsp;</p><p>Rate of Pay $16.00-$18.00hr.</p>

<ul><li>Valid driver license required</li><li>1-2 years of&nbsp;previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends</li><li>&nbsp;Reliable transportation and clean driver license required.&nbsp; (company vehicles&nbsp;may be available for use)</li><li>Basic English communication skills</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
