<p>Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<h1>Responsibilities</h1>

<ul>

<li>Develop designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters</li>

<li>Plan, direct, review, and coordinate the preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met</li>

<li>Prepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test reports</li>

<li>Prepare functional requirements and specification for hardware acquisitions</li>

<li>Analyze hardware specifications and system/subsystem requirements to conceive and document a practical design for hardware components that satisfies user's requirements</li>

<li>Develop hardware installation schedules based upon set-up, integration, and test timelines</li>

<li>Conduct site surveys, assessing and documenting current site network configuration and site-unique requirements</li>

<h1>Requirements</h1>

<h3>Security Clearance:</h3>

<ul>

<li>Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen</li>

</ul>

<h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>

<li>A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university <br></li>

<li>Ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.</li>

</ul>

<h3>Required Skills:</h3>

<ul>

<li>Advanced Linux experience; NSYS level troubleshooting experience</li>

<li>Automated testing experience</li>

<li>Scripting experience or at least the ability to walk through scripts for troubleshooting purposes</li>

<li>Collection system knowledge/experience</li>

<li>Tiered mission support experience</li>

<li>Experience creating Ansible scripts</li>

<li>Experience with containers</li>

</ul>

<h3>Desired Skills:</h3>

<ul>

<li>FORNSAT knowledge, experience within the collection environment</li>

<li>Ansible experience</li>

<li>TLS/server certificate installation/management/troubleshooting</li>

<li>RF installation/modem experience</li>

<li>NiFi knowledge and experience in operational support and administrative tasks</li>

<li>Experience with Kubernetes</li>

</ul>

<li>Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)</li>
