Attorney (Workers' Compensation Defense)

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>

<li>Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings&nbsp;</li>

<li>Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents&nbsp;</li>

<li>Attend hearings and depositions&nbsp;</li>

<li>Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients&nbsp;</li>

<li>Effectively manage time and follow Firm procedures&nbsp;</li>

<li>Collaborate with all levels both internal and external&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues&nbsp;</li>

<strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>

<li>Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school&nbsp;</li>

<li>Active membership in the California State Bar&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li>

<li>Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
