<p>General Summary:<br>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The&nbsp;Mission Critical&nbsp;Quality&nbsp;/ Commissioning (QCx)&nbsp;Foreman&nbsp;will work with&nbsp;QCx&nbsp;project teams to&nbsp;implement&nbsp;and&nbsp;apply&nbsp;project specific quality control programs and procedures. The&nbsp;QCx&nbsp;Foreman&nbsp;will also&nbsp;assist&nbsp;the&nbsp;QCx&nbsp;Manager in the oversight of&nbsp;QCx&nbsp;specific&nbsp;procedures, checklists, plans,&nbsp;forms,&nbsp;and logs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Preferred Job Skills:&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Must be able to read and interpret specifications, submittals, single-line&nbsp;diagrams&nbsp;and other contract documents.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ability to work under pressure, while closely tracking QC details of multiple project activities.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, analyze data, and communicate effectively.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on, working environment.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Must have experience in a decision-making position, be self-motivated, and have an analytical mindset.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience collaborating with field and management to understand and implement technological and Quality programs.&nbsp;</li>

<p>Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Drive a quality culture that embraces "Implement Quality from the Start" and&nbsp;coach&nbsp;continuous learning approach that improves project efficiency and quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Identify&nbsp;areas for improvement while implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Drive the implementation of the Quality / Commissioning Programs&nbsp;on projects, focusing on core programs including site specific quality plans, policies, and procedures on projects through proactive planning, training, support and by sharing lessons learned.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Manage the verification and documentation for all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, ensuring the conformance with the approved submittal while adhering to the Equipment Protection Plan.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Collaborate with the construction team, and&nbsp;QCx&nbsp;team to schedule and conduct Foreign Objects and Debris (FOD) inspections prior to Energization on MV / LV SWGR, MV / LV XFMRs, Panelboards etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Responsible for accurately torquing bolts and fasteners to specified tolerances, ensuring proper assembly and safety standards are met.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Conduct megger testing on feeder wires to ensure proper insulation resistance and electrical safety compliance.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintains correct and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;records, torque reports, megger reports, and other related items.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Assist&nbsp;in&nbsp;the First Time Energization (FTE) process from start to finish.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support /&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;required&nbsp;daily,&nbsp;weekly,&nbsp;and monthly meetings (i.e.,&nbsp;daily&nbsp;Cx, scheduling, coordination, pre-energization,&nbsp;and staffing meetings)&nbsp;when the&nbsp;QCxM&nbsp;cannot.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes, systems, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Prepare Daily Quality Reports documenting field discrepancies and audit findings while&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;corrective actions.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support&nbsp;investigations into quality-related incidents, conduct root cause&nbsp;analyses&nbsp;and implement corrective actions, establishing&nbsp;preventative measures to minimize future incidents.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Identify&nbsp;and assess quality risks associated with Mission Critical operations.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Other duties assigned, including temporary assignments, training assignments, and other related duties.&nbsp;</li>
