<p>Overview</p>
<p>Diversify is offering a short-term, project-based internship opportunity for Financial Planning students who have completed the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course. This role is designed to support a defined internal project focused on transferring and organizing client data between our CRM database and eMoney.</p>
<p>This internship does not guarantee long-term or permanent employment with Diversify. However, it provides meaningful hands-on experience working alongside CFP® professionals, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors who actively build and maintain client portfolio reviews within eMoney.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Accurately enter and reconcile client data from the CRM system into eMoney</li>
<li>Review existing client information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy</li>
<li>Follow detailed workflows and documentation standards established by the advisory team</li>
<li>Collaborate with CFP® advisors, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors supporting portfolio reviews</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information</li>
<li>Adhere to all firm security policies, especially when working remotely</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Current Financial Planning student or recent graduate</li>
<li>Completion of the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry</li>
<li>Basic familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology</li>
<li>Comfortable working with financial technology platforms and databases</li>
<li>Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior exposure to eMoney, CRM systems, or similar financial planning software</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently once trained</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed</li>
</ul>
<p>Training & Supervision</p>
<ul>
<li>Initial onboarding and training will be conducted on-site with Diversify team members</li>
<li>Ongoing guidance and project oversight will be provided throughout the internship</li>
<li>Remote work eligibility begins only after training is complete and proficiency is demonstrated</li>
</ul>
<p>Important Notes</p>
<ul>
<li>This is a project-specific internship scheduled to last approximately 3–6 months</li>
<li>Completion of the project does not guarantee continued or permanent employment with Diversify</li>
<li>Interns are expected to maintain an utmost compliance-focused mindset at all times when handling client data</li>
