<p>We are now seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our UK Customer Support & Engineering team in our London office. In this role, you’ll carry out on-site work (consisting of maintenance jobs) while ensuring exceptional quality of work by our Subcontractors’. </p>
<p>Further, you will offer electrical installation expertise across the business and specifically to the Engineering team in delivering new products and services. You’ll also play a key role in shaping installation processes for new products, supporting engineering teams, and upholding the highest standards in safety and compliance.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Site visits: Lead on-the-road hardware maintenance and own responsibilities related to the company vehicle.</li>
<li>Lab & maintenance work: Lead electrical planning and maintenance in the lab, including the rooftop solar setup, working alongside the Test Engineer.</li>
<li>Safety & quality management: Foster a safety culture, conduct inspections, and ensure all equipment is correctly installed and protected.</li>
<li>Audits: Develop, document, and roll out a new auditing process across the subcontractor network.</li>
<li>Accreditations: Will to achieve NICEIC/NAPIT accreditation and sign off all completed work, notifying relevant bodies as necessary.</li>
<li>Lead new product testing (Installation side): Lead the testing and design of installation processes for all new products with the Engineering Team.</li>

<p><strong>Required experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience working on electrical installations</li>
<li>Competence working with:
<ul>
<li>3-phase systems</li>
<li>Solar PV systems</li>
<li>EVCP Installations</li>
<li>AC and DC wiring systems</li>
<li>Battery storage systems</li>
<li>Communication systems</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Electrical Installation experience (Min 5 years)</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Qualified supervisor with an awarding organisation such as NICEIC, NAPIT or Similar (minimum 2 years experience)</li>
<li>Experience working to Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) standards</li>
<li>Ability to develop and produce safe systems of work and associated RAMS</li>
<li>Experience installing, commission and fault finding Electric Vehicle Charge Points (EVCPs)</li>
<li>Understanding of battery charging profiles and multi-stage charging mechanics</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in installing some or all of the following products / manufacturers: Victron, Pylontech, BYD, Alfen, Varta, Alpha</li>
<li>Experience with Sales force or similar CRM</li>
<li>Ability to interrogate online system data and proactively identify faults within a fleet of connected devices</li>
<li>An understanding of energy import/export and G98/99/100 requirements</li>
<li>Experience in the installation, commissioning, and fault-finding of serial communication networks, such as CAN bus and RS485/Modbus </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and eagerness to grow technical capability</li>
<li>Ability to think outside the box and to develop solutions to complex problems</li>
<li>Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel across the UK</li>
</ul>

<li>City & Guilds 2382-26 (Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations (Ideally to latest amendment) </li>

<li>City & Guilds 2391-52 (Level 3 Award in Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection and Testing) or equivalent </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Health and Safety</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) Qualification or similar</li>
<li>CDM Overview (or equivalent awareness)</li>
<li>Working at Height</li>
<li>Manual Handling</li>
<li>Asbestos awareness</li>
<li>First Aid Training</li>
</ul>

<li>Level 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Small-Scale Solar PV Systems</li>
<li>Level 3 Award in the Design, Installation and Commissioning of Small Electrical Energy Storage System </li>
