Deployment Strategist – SOCOM/CENTCOM

Job Description:

Work with core and forward-deployed engineers, product, and growth team members to deploy software against urgent problems faced by government customers Go onsite and meet with end users to understand critical questions and identify pain points Identify relevant features through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate features in a stable and extensible way Embed with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate field observations into product offerings Build bespoke workflows for new user groups with customers Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and achieves operational impact Become customers’ trusted teammate, drive adoption, and keep customers satisfied Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers Scope potential engagements with new customer groups, advocates, growth opportunities, and potential fallout fundsRequirements:

Former operators who are deeply respected by their communities Deep understanding of Code Metal's government customers, born of having walked a mile in their shoes Strong relationships across relevant organizations within the US Government Experience in a Dept. of War component command, or joint logistics / operations roles Experience in defense policy, acquisition, or program management within DoW or other government agencies Experience delivering growth outcomes for defense products, specifically in early-stage or dual-use technology environments Active U.S. security clearance Up to 50% travel U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain project assignments involving security clearanceBenefits:
