<p><strong>Job objective:</strong> This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position is someone from a hands-on manufacturing background has experience in electro-mechanical assembly, structural integration, and production supervision. This role will lead a group of manufacturing technicians within Epirus. This person will be responsible for day-to-day employee and work management, strategic training initiatives, verification of operating work instructions, and validation of builds to meet customer deliveries. This individual will also serve as a technical working lead, with 30% of the role also spent contributing to hardware build. </p>

<p><strong>Duties:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li> Manage a team of assembly technicians through daily coaching, annual reviews, and career development </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Set and achieve daily/weekly/monthly team objectives based on department priorities communicate these effectively to the team </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organize daily work scopes by assigning clear priorities. Create operating procedures for standard work on the floor. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure safe use of manufacturing equipment and collaborate with calibration techs for equipment or tooling calibration </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Train employees on new skills and maintain a training matrix to track technician progression and qualify work </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the continuous improvement engineering team to implement new equipment and efficiency improvements </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work in a fast-paced agile environment and adapt to evolving design and production challenges </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Interface with technicians, procurement, engineering, and leadership daily </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive accountability, respect, commitment, and speed with discipline to achieve Epirus’s manufacturing goals </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience in a supervisory role (or equivalent experience) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma; degree in technical or engineering field </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety elements, especially related to RF testing </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Good written and oral communication skills </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborative and people-oriented; capable of working across all levels of the organization </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Advanced skills in MS Office at a minimum </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required) </li>
</ul>
