<p><strong>Job&nbsp;objective:</strong>&nbsp;This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position is&nbsp;someone from a&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;manufacturing background has experience in&nbsp;electro-mechanical assembly,&nbsp;structural integration, and production supervision. This role will lead a group of manufacturing&nbsp;technicians within Epirus. This person will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;day-to-day employee&nbsp;and work&nbsp;management,&nbsp;strategic training initiatives, verification of operating work instructions, and validation of builds to meet&nbsp;customer deliveries. This individual will also serve as a technical working lead, with&nbsp;30% of the role also&nbsp;spent contributing to hardware build.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>&nbsp;Manage a team of assembly technicians through daily coaching, annual reviews,&nbsp;and career development&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Set and achieve daily/weekly/monthly team&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;based on department priorities&nbsp;communicate these effectively to the team&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Organize daily work scopes by assigning clear priorities. Create operating procedures for&nbsp;standard work&nbsp;on the floor.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ensure safe use of manufacturing equipment and collaborate with&nbsp;calibration techs&nbsp;for equipment&nbsp;or tooling&nbsp;calibration&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Train employees on new skills and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a training matrix to track technician progression and&nbsp;qualify work&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Collaborate with the continuous improvement engineering team to implement new equipment&nbsp;and efficiency improvements&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Work in a fast-paced agile environment and adapt to evolving design and production challenges&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Interface with technicians, procurement, engineering, and leadership daily&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Drive accountability, respect, commitment, and speed with discipline to achieve Epirus’s&nbsp;manufacturing goals&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>2+&nbsp;years experience&nbsp;in a supervisory role&nbsp;(or equivalent experience)&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>High school diploma; degree in technical or engineering field&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety elements, especially related to RF testing&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Good written and oral communication skills&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Collaborative and people-oriented; capable of working across all levels of the organization&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Advanced skills in MS Office at a minimum&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be&nbsp;required)&nbsp;</li>
