<p>Discovery Kidzone is seeking a&nbsp;Full-Time Lead Toddler Teacher&nbsp;to join our early childhood education team beginning&nbsp;August 24. We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about guiding toddlers through their early years in a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate is a confident classroom leader who enjoys building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators while creating meaningful learning experiences each day.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for toddlers</li>

<li>Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment</li>

<li>Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development</li>

<li>Foster independence, confidence, and positive peer interactions</li>

<li>Supervise daily routines including meals, naps, toileting, and transitions</li>

<li>Observe, document, and communicate children's progress with families</li>

<li>Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding daily activities and developmental milestones</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and state licensing requirements</li>

<li>Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to maintain a positive classroom culture</li>

<li>Keep the classroom organized, clean, and prepared for daily learning</li>

</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>Previous experience working as a lead teacher or in an early childhood education setting is required</li>

<li>Experience working with toddlers is strongly preferred</li>

<li>Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate teaching practices</li>

<li>Strong classroom management and organizational skills</li>

<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li>

<li>Patient, dependable, and professional demeanor</li>

<li>CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire</li>

<li>Ability to complete all required state licensing trainings and background requirements</li>

<li>Start Date:&nbsp;August 24</li>

<p>Compensation is based on education and experience.</p>
