<p>Pearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led Primary Care practice in Eugene, Oregon, and part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This 100% outpatient opportunity allows you to practice the full scope of Family Medicine - caring for generations of families, building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care with continuity at its core. With no obstetrics or hospital responsibilities, you'll have the time and support to focus on exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, and genuine connection.</p>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp)</li>

<li>Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000</li>

<li>Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week</li>

<li>Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements</li>

<li>Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine</li>

<li>Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan</li>

<p><strong>General Physical Requirements</strong></p>

<li>While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.</li>

<li>The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li>
