<p>As the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) at True Anomaly, you will play a vital role in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;compliance with government security regulations and protecting classified information. You will oversee all aspects of security management for programs requiring a SCIF and ensure adherence to applicable regulations such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Your&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;will enable the secure operation of&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;space technologies critical to national defense and security.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Security Compliance</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Ensure compliance with federal security regulations, including NISPOM, DoD directives, and ICD 705 standards for SCIF management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and plans across programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li><strong>SCIF Operations</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Manage the certification, accreditation, and physical security of True Anomaly’s SCIF facilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinate inspections with oversight agencies, ensuring compliance with all directives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Personnel Security</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Oversee personnel security clearance processes, including initial clearances, reinvestigations, and ongoing eligibility reviews.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Conduct security training and briefings for cleared employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Incident Management</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Investigate security violations and report incidents to the&nbsp;appropriate authorities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent future breaches.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Collaboration</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Serve as the primary liaison between True Anomaly and government security representatives (e.g., DCSA, SSO).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support proposal efforts by ensuring compliance with classified program requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Active TS/SCI US government security clearance with SAP eligibility strongly preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security or related field, managing security programs for defense contractors.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Comprehensive understanding of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoD security regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proven success in managing SCIF operations and classified contracts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Active U.S. government security clearance at TS/SCI level or ability to obtain one.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work under ITAR regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with some or all security functional areas&nbsp;including:&nbsp;industrial security, information security, personnel security, and physical security.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience working with DCSA, SSOs, or other government oversight bodies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Familiarity with proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and defense acquisition processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Background in aerospace or defense technology.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Startup experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
