<p>You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br></strong><br>As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, and overseeing procurement activities.<br><br></p><p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br><br></p><ul><li>Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.</li><li>Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms &amp; conditions.</li><li>Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.</li><li>Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer changes.</li><li>Hold procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br>The ideal candidate is collaborative, decisive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.</p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>Ability to obtain a security Clearance</li><li>Detail and team oriented with demonstrated organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Clear and effective communicator (verbal, written, oral)</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office suite tools</li><li>Strong desire to learn, grow and deliver results</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Experience with US Gov acquisitions and working knowledge of DFAR/FAR&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiation experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracts</li><li>Experience leading projects, initiatives or small integrated teams </li><li>Green Belt Certified</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
