Remote- Part Time- Immigration Attorney

You'll handle 10–12 brief consultations per day via Zoom or phone, covering a wide range of immigration matters, including:</p>

<li>Family-based immigration</li>

<li>Employment-based visas</li>

<li>Removal defense</li>

<li>Non-immigrant visas</li>

<li>Investment visas</li>

</ul>

<p>Your role will involve assessing case viability, recommending legal strategies, quoting fees, and working with our in-house team to convert consultations into new clients. Consultations are scheduled and initiated by our in-house call center team, so you can focus solely on legal assessment and client engagement. ✅ What We’re Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>10+ years&nbsp;practicing immigration law</li>

<li>At least&nbsp;5 years&nbsp;of direct client consultation experience</li>

<li>Licensed and in good standing in&nbsp;any U.S. state</li>

<li>Confident, compassionate communicator who can build trust quickly</li>

<li>Proficient in&nbsp;Zoom/video conferencing&nbsp;and&nbsp;VOIP systems</li>

<li>Comfortable working with&nbsp;CRM/case management tools&nbsp;(we use Lali Law CRM)</li>

</ul>
