Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements. You will:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>• Manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.</p><p>• Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.</p><p>• Participate in management meetings to discuss business status and strategies.</p><p>• Lead daily team meetings to communicate company objectives and business updates.</p><p>• Ensure a safe working environment through regular Environmental, Health, and Safety audits.</p><p>• Promote an ethics-based business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You are a manufacturing leader with a strong background in managing represented workforces and navigating complex compliance and ERP environments. <ul><li>Experience in managing in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and training programs.</li><li>Excellent communication and team leadership skills.</li><li>A commitment to fostering a safe and ethical work environment.</li><li>The ability to encourage and recognize employee contributions to improve operations.</li><li>Experience managing a represented workforce</li><li>SAP or similar ERP experience</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<p>- Experience in the electronics industry</p><p>- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100</p><p>- Proven experience in a fast paced environment</p><p>- B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in a technical discipline</p><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.</li><li>For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
