<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.</li>

<li>Foster a positive and empowering environment for clients, promoting independence and self-esteem.</li>

<li>Support individuals with cognitive impairments through engaging activities and routines.</li>

<li>Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care..</li>

<li>Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring their safety at all times.</li>

<li>Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and activities</li>

<p>Experience<br>Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:</p>

<ul>

<li>Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a related role preferred.</li>

<li>Certification or training in health and social care.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>

<li>Up to date Safe Management Certificate</li>

<li>Up to date Vulnerable Sector Check</li>

<li>Up to date First Aid Certificate</li>

<li>Clean Driving Record</li>

</ul>
