<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities:<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Performs diagnostics on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and other components and&nbsp;determines&nbsp;what repairs are needed<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Performs preventative service inspections&nbsp;<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Performs repairs<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Loads and unloads equipment as needed<br></li>

<li>Provides complete and thorough work order documentation on diagnostics and repairs performed, parts used, and time worked<br></li>

</ul>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Dealership Standards:<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Ensures an organized, professional workspace and&nbsp;maintains<br>vehicles,&nbsp;tools,<br>devices,&nbsp;and equipment<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Reports to work on time, manages time effectively, and works well independently and in groups<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Upholds a professional personal appearance<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Supports dealership customer service efforts and promotes all company departments<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Follows safety regulations<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Completes required training<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products&nbsp;<br></li>

</ul>

<p><br></p>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Experience, Skills and Knowledge:<br></p>

<ul>

<li>One or more years’ experience or technical college degree or certification preferred<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with repair, service, and maintenance following technical manual procedures&nbsp;<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems&nbsp;<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposes<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with basic computer functions<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience using Service ADVISOR™ or other computer based diagnostic tools preferred</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Able to lift, bend, and carry<br></li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record&nbsp;required</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred<br></li>

</ul>

<p>Haug Implement Co.&nbsp;provides&nbsp;an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, skill,&nbsp;and internal equity among our existing employees. This is an hourly position with a potential hiring offer range of $22.00-35.00&nbsp;per hour, based on factors listed<br>above.</p>
