You lead your community operations, mentor your team, and represent the core values of Collective every day. The Community Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Build Collective brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive and professional.</li>

<li>Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals that achieve and sustain occupancy standards.</li>

<li>Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and active delinquency management.</li>

<li>Contribute to revenue, expense reporting, and budget management for the community.</li>

<li>Conduct personalized tours and drive leasing activity that results in new leases.</li>

<li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.</li>

<li>Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing laws and company compliance standards.</li>

<li>Monitor multifamily housing market trends and data to inform leasing and pricing decisions.</li>

<li>Ensure the property's interior and exterior maintain a clean, high-quality appearance.</li>

<li>Coach, mentor, and inspire team members, leading by example through Collective's core values.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>3–5 years of property management experience preferred.</li>

<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office.</li>

<li>Proficiency with industry software (AppFolio preferred).</li>

<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for property tours and travel between sites).</li>

<li>Offer is contingent on a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.</li>
