<h2><br><b>Company:</b></h2>Qualcomm India Private Limited<p></p><h2><b>Job Area:</b></h2>Engineering Group, Engineering Group &gt; Software Engineering<p></p><p><u><b>General Summary:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Job function:&nbsp; Core Technologies Bus engineer responsible for working on low speed peripheral device drivers such as i2c, SPI UART etc.. across RTOS and Linux environment</p></li><li><p>Skills/experience:</p></li><li><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Debug and resolve issues in drivers reported by internal test teams as well as by customers.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>7+ &nbsp;Years of experience with embedded systems</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience in &nbsp;driver design, development&nbsp;&nbsp;on one or more operating systems including RTOS or any embedded operating system.</p></li><li><p>Good analytical and problem solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Must be proficient in C.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of microprocessor, multiprocessor architecture.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of basic real-time/embedded programming concepts &amp; RTOS concepts&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Driver design and development on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms with SDLC cycle.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop software specifications for embedded systems.</p></li><li><p>Document software design, development, and testing processes for reference and future maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Drivers development/support includes 1wire, 2-wire, serial peripheral industry standard protocol such as I2C,SPI and UART, PCIE.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></u></p>• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. <br> OR<br>Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.<br> OR<br>PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.<br><br>• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Applicants</b>: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
