<p><br>We’re currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our Lincoln team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. <p><br>What You’ll Do:</p>

<ul>

<li>Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.</li>

<li>Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements.</li>

<li>Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements.</li>

<li>Maintain quality client relationships.</li>

</ul>

<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience</li>

<li>Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills</li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients.</li>

<li>Prior experience supervising or managing teams.</li>

<li>A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.</li>

<li>Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required.</li>

<li>Audit experience is a plus, but not required.</li>
