<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts for luxury environments, experiences, and installations. Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives.</li>

<li>Brand Integration: Integrate the unique brand identities of clients into design concepts seamlessly, ensuring alignment with brand values, aesthetics, and target audience.</li>

<li>Material and Finish Selection: Curate high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the luxury experience and elevate the overall design aesthetic.</li>

<li>Spatial Planning and Layout: Utilize spatial planning techniques to optimize flow, functionality, and aesthetics within luxury environments. Design layouts that prioritize comfort, exclusivity, and visual impact.</li>

<li>Visualization and Presentation: Create compelling visualizations, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.&nbsp;<br></li>

<li>Trend Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in experiential design. Continuously seek opportunities to push the boundaries of experiential design and deliver unique, cutting-edge solutions.<br><br></li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li>

<li>Proven experience (3+) in experiential design, with a focus on luxury environments and activations.</li>

<li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.</li>

<li>Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Keyshot, and V-Ray (Unreal is a plus).</li>

<li>Exceptional creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.</li>

<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li>

<li>Knowledge of brands, trends, and industry standards.</li>
