Game Tester

<p>As our Quality Assurance department is expanding, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic</p><p><strong>Game Tester</strong></p><p>for our&nbsp; QA team in Brno, Czech Republic.</p><p>You will closely work with your surrounding QA team and report to the QA Lead. Our QA team defines best practices to deliver a polished, immersive experience to our global community of players.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, analyse, and log bugs in our database with clear and detailed reports</li><li>Conduct functionality tests on game features across multiple console platforms</li><li>Verify bug fixes implemented by developers through regression and confirmation testing</li><li>Test user-created mods submitted by our player community</li><li>Investigate player-reported issues to assist in troubleshooting and resolution</li><li>Use creative problem-solving to find new and imaginative ways to break our games</li><li>Design test strategies for various aspects of the game, determining what needs testing and how to approach it</li><li>Apply industry best practices, research multiple sources of information, and leverage your expertise to improve testing methods</li><li>Analyse existing workflows and processes, drive&nbsp;improvements and knowledge-sharing across the QA team</li><li>Provide feedback on game design, suggesting improvements or refinements to the development team</li></ul>

<p><strong>Expected Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Some experience in a game development studio (internship, freelance, or other relevant roles)</li><li>A strong passion for video games and an interest in the development process</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English</li><li>Knowledge of Farming Simulator</li></ul><p><br>

<strong>What would be a plus?</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Mantis bug tracking software</li><li>Familiarity with Sony and Microsoft platforms, as well as cross-platform gaming</li><li>A deep love for racing games and experience with racing simulators</li><li>Knowledge of or a strong interest in cars and motorsports</li></ul>
