</ul><p><strong>YOUR MISSION&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;highly motivated Hardware and Environments Test Engineers to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Taking&nbsp;ownership of&nbsp;test strategies, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution&nbsp;with&nbsp;minimal&nbsp;oversight.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Author and review test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Set up test equipment and hardware, collect and compile test data, and generate test reports&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;procedures.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Identify&nbsp;anomalies,&nbsp;contribute to&nbsp;root cause investigations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;nonconformances&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Capable&nbsp;of&nbsp;working with multiple&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;disciplines&nbsp;(thermal, structural,&nbsp;electrical,&nbsp;fluids, etc.) and&nbsp;developing testing&nbsp;system requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Uphold&nbsp;safety protocols of test execution and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;compliance with all facility requirements throughout testing cycle.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Interface with&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;cross functional&nbsp;teams and&nbsp;programs,&nbsp;technicians,&nbsp;customers,&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;bodies during design reviews and&nbsp;Test&nbsp;Readiness&nbsp;Reviews.&nbsp;</li>
