<p>Position Summary</p>
<p>We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the full operation of our Okuma Horizontal Milling Center. The CNC Operator will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our organization.</p>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience running Okuma equipment</li>
<li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings</li>
<li>Experience with basic G-code, Mastercam CAM, and SolidWorks (or similar software)</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities</li>
</ul>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Program, set up, and operate an Okuma Horizontal Milling Center</li>
<li>Read and interpret engineering part drawings</li>
<li>Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and depth micrometers</li>
<li>Input and adjust tool offsets</li>
<li>Inspect, clean, and pack finished products</li>
<li>Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs require</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Technical college training a plus; High School diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Team player with the ability to work independently</li>
<li>Self-starter with a proactive work approach</li>
<li>Ability to read and work from engineering drawings</li>
<li>Knowledge of set-up, tooling, and fixtures</li>
<li>Experience with basic G-code interpretation and understanding</li>
<li>Experience with Okuma Horizontal Milling Centers preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with Mastercam CAM and SolidWorks or similar programming software</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments</li>
</ul>
