<p>Job Description: Events Operations Associate&nbsp;<br>Reports to: Global Events Operations Lead&nbsp;</p>

<p><br>Role Summary&nbsp;<br></p>

<p>The Events Operations Associate supports the execution of Coresight Research’s virtual and in-person events, including webinars, member sessions, sponsored events, executive dinners, roundtables and conferences. The role ensures that event logistics, communications, platforms and follow-up activities are managed efficiently and professionally.&nbsp;<br><br></p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>1. Event Setup and Coordination</p>

<ul>

<li>Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate speakers, attendees, venues, vendors and event materials.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintain event timelines, task trackers, checklists and run-of-show documents.<br></li>

</ul>

<p>2. Marketing and Communications Support<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Prepare and schedule event invitations, reminders and follow-up emails through HubSpot.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate event assets, including banners, presentations, videos, agendas and signage.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Track registrations, RSVPs and outreach activities to support attendance goals.&nbsp;<br></li>

</ul>

<p>3. Platform and Technical Management<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Set up and manage event platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Restream and HubSpot.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Conduct technical checks and ensure that settings, permissions and backup arrangements are in place.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Record, archive and organise event recordings, attendee data and supporting materials.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>4. Cross-Team Collaboration<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Work closely with the Events Lead on timelines, priorities and event deliverables.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate with Research, Advisory, Sales, Social Media, Production and Sales Operations teams.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support sponsored events, member sessions and event-related reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>5. Post-Event Follow-Up<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Send thank-you emails, replay links, surveys and supporting materials to attendees and speakers.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Compile attendance data, engagement metrics and event performance reports.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support the repurposing of event content into video clips, social media posts and event recaps.&nbsp;<br><br></li>

</ul>

<p>Qualifications and Skills&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Restream or similar platforms..&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;<br><br></li>

</ul>

<p>Education:&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.&nbsp;</p>
