Loss Prevention Services, a Call Center service provider in the Financial Services Industry, is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our rapidly growing Team! Not just a job opportunity, these positions are the door to a Career! These are 8-hour shifts, five consecutive workdays per week.&nbsp;THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY - WORK MUST BE PERFORMED ON-SITE.&nbsp; THESE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR NATCHEZ BASED OFFICES. First Shift - 8:00am- 5:00pm&nbsp;</p>

<p>Successful Candidates will have:</p>

<p>Trained as Subject Matter Experts on our clients and services.</p>

<p>Entering and updating information into databases.</p>

<p>Verifying information which has been received from Clients and Field Staff.</p>

<p>Following up with Clients and Field Staff by Telephone and Email.</p>

<p>Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services.</p>

<p>What you bring to the table:</p>

<p>Previous experience with customer service and administrative tasks preferred.</p>

<p>Data Entry experience, and solid/basic&nbsp; knowledge of Microsoft Office.</p>

<p>Positive and professional demeanor.</p>

<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bi-Lingual a plus!</p>

<p>Ability to prioritize and multitask.</p>

<p>Ability to work well with a Team&nbsp;</p>
