Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant

We are seeking an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team in Fairmont, MN. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual who is eager to contribute to a positive dental care experience.  This can be a part time opportunity (18-28 hours) with clinic needs on Monday, Tuesday (between 7-5:30) or Friday (7-3:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities

<li>Greet, seat, and prepare patients for clinical procedures.</li>

<li>Provide chairside assistance to dentists as needed during treatments.</li>

<li>Set up and clean up operatories, ensuring proper disinfection and waste management.</li>

<li>Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.</li>

<li>Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records.</li>

Requirements

<li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>

<li>Dental office experience preferred, but not required.</li>

<li>Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.</li>

<li>Spanish speaking preferred at some locations</li>
