The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.</p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Experience performing or managing aircraft structural stress analysis.</li><li>Experience leading technical teams or coordinating complex engineering work.</li><li>Ability to review and approve engineering analyses, reports, repairs, and technical dispositions.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain required program access or security clearance.</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>
<ul><li>F-16 or F-22 structural analysis experience.</li><li>Experience with static strength, durability, damage tolerance, and aircraft repairs.</li><li>Familiarity with ASIP, CAM responsibilities, fleet sustainment, and field support.</li><li>Experience coordinating across Design, Service Life, M&P, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program organizations.</li><li>Strong workload prioritization and employee-development skills.</li><li>Experience working directly with customers and government organizations.</li><li>Ability to make timely, technically defensible decisions in a high-tempo environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
