<p>Position Overview</p>

<p>As a Mission Critical Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the pursuit and execution of complex electrical construction projects including:</p>

<ul>

<li>Hyperscale Data Centers</li>

<li>Mission Critical Facilities</li>

<li>Industrial &amp; Manufacturing Facilities</li>

<li>Distribution Centers</li>

<li>Large Commercial Projects</li>

</ul>

<p>You’ll work closely with operations, preconstruction, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and executive leadership to develop accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates that drive project success.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents</li>

<li>Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates</li>

<li>Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews</li>

<li>Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing</li>

<li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams</li>

<li>Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts</li>

<li>Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects</li>

<li>Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies</li>

<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners</li>

<li>Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems</li>

</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<p>Preferred Experience</p>

<ul>

<li>4+ years of electrical estimating experience</li>

<li>Experience in:

<ul>

<li>Mission Critical / Data Centers</li>

<li>Industrial Construction</li>

<li>Large Commercial Construction</li>

<li>Design-Build Projects</li>

<li>Fast-Track Construction Environments</li>

</ul>

</li>

</ul>

<p>Technical Skills</p>

<ul>

<li>Accubid Anywhere or similar estimating software</li>

<li>Bluebeam</li>

<li>Microsoft Excel</li>

<li>Blueprint and specification interpretation</li>

<li>Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems</li>

</ul>

<p>Professional Skills</p>

<ul>

<li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities</li>

<li>High attention to detail and organization</li>

<li>Strategic and analytical thinking</li>

<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset</li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>

<li>Post-secondary education or industry certifications preferred</li>

<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>

<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li>
