<p>The Role:</p>

<p>We are seeking an on-call, part-time professional to cover the North Central Florida.&nbsp;As an innovator in real estate marketing, we require our photographers to be versatile, learning an array of digital services to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.</li>

<li>Execute additional services including&nbsp;2D Floor Plans,&nbsp;Matterport tours, and&nbsp;Drone/Aerial imagery&nbsp;(if applicable)</li>

<li>Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.</li>

<li>Upload raw files by&nbsp;10:00 PM EST&nbsp;on the day of the shoot. &nbsp;</li>

<p>Technical Requirements:</p>

<ul>

<li>Experience:&nbsp;with professional&nbsp;Real Estate or Architectural Photography</li>

<li>Gear:&nbsp;Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).</li>

<li>Mobility:&nbsp;Reliable transportation and a smartphone.</li>

<li>Soft Skills:&nbsp;An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.</li>

</ul>

<p>Favorable Skills:</p>

<ul>

<li>FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate&nbsp;(Drone Certified).</li>

<li>Experience with&nbsp;Matterport&nbsp;or similar 360° technology.</li>

<li>Professional&nbsp;Videography&nbsp;skills.</li>

<li>Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).&nbsp;</li>
