<p>This role goes far beyond posting jobs and coordinating interviews.&nbsp;We're looking for someone who enjoys building pipelines before they're needed, questioning existing processes, and finding smarter ways to help great people discover Fresh Prints.</p>

<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>

<p>As a Jr. HR Associate at Fresh Prints, you will support talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.&nbsp;This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines.</li>

<li>Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.</li>

<li>Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.</li>

<li>Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.</li>

<li>Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.</li>

<li>Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.</li>

<li>Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.</li>

<li>Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment</li>

<li>Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li>

<li>Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus</li>

<li>Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred.</li>

<li>Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.</li>

<li>Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p>

<p><strong>Monthly Salary: </strong>Between $400 to $550, with a night allowance of $40&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Location &amp; Timings</strong></p>

<li><strong>Full-time remote&nbsp;</strong>role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.</li>

<li><strong>Working Hours:&nbsp;</strong>2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday</li>
