<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly motivated and effective&nbsp;Agreement Coordinator&nbsp;to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract.&nbsp;The Agreement Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and partnership documentation for the ASBP, ensuring agreements are drafted, coordinated, tracked, updated, and reported in&nbsp;a timely&nbsp;and compliant manner. This role will serve as the&nbsp;central point&nbsp;of coordination among legal, program, and operational stakeholders;&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;authoritative agreement records;&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;milestones and expirations; and provide leadership with clear visibility into agreement status, risks, and actions&nbsp;required&nbsp;to sustain ASBP partnerships and operations.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Draft, review, coordinate, negotiate, and track MOAs with civilian blood centers, partner agencies, and other external organizations.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintain a centralized, authoritative repository of all active, pending, and expired MOAs and associated documentation.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate closely with legal counsel, program managers, Medical Treatment Facilities, Service Blood Program Offices, and operational stakeholders throughout the MOA lifecycle.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Track agreement milestones, expirations, renewals, and required updates to ensure continuity of operations and compliance.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Prepare regular status reports, risk summaries, and leadership briefings on MOA activities and partnership health.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for questions&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;MOA management, processing, and status.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership and external partners related to ASBP partnerships.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Participate in ASBP staff meetings and working sessions to provide updates on MOA status and issues.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Routinely receive, review, and analyze credit reports and related documentation from civilian blood agencies.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ensure&nbsp;all agreements and supporting documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible for audit and oversight purposes.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Identify&nbsp;potential risks, gaps, or compliance issues in agreements and elevate them to leadership for resolution.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;business, public administration, legal studies, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agreements management, contract administration, program coordination, or administrative operations.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience supporting Federal or DoD organizations strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agreements and stakeholders simultaneously.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong organizational, tracking, and documentation management skills.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership briefings and reports.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment.&nbsp;</li>
