<p>About the Role</p>

<p>Reporting to our People and Culture Business Partner, our People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for managing volume end-to-end recruitment to support our growing team and providing administrative support to the People and Culture function.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):</p>
<p><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns, successfully identifying top performers with a good team fit.</li>
<li>Provide first line HR advice and support to employees and leaders on policies, procedures and employment matters.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding activities for new employees and lead the induction process.</li>
<li>Performing background checks for incoming employees, including references, police clearances, medicals, and licence and qualification checks.</li>
<li>General HR administration, including offer letters, employment agreements and onboarding documents, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Working on HR projects in conjunction with the People and Culture Business Partner and Executive General Manager.</li>
<li>Maintain our HRIS (BambooHR) and identify areas of improvement across the HR function.</li>
<li>Assisting in driving company culture objectives and fostering team member satisfaction within our performance-orientated culture.</li>

<p>About you</p>
<p><br><br></p>
<p>As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate:</p>
<p><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience working in a high-volume recruitment and HR support role.</li>
<li>Experience working in a HR role highly regarded but not essential.</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (highly regarded).</li>
<li>A sound understanding of employment legislation, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
