<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong> </p>
<p>We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA) contract with experience delivering large-scale technical implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level system deployments from planning through execution. This role requires the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment with federal program requirements and DHA mission objectives. Experience with Identity, Credentials & Access Management (ICAM) systems is highly desirable, as is prior experience supporting DHA or broader Military Health System (MHS) programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced federal health IT environment and is passionate about delivering mission-critical technical solutions to support the warfighter and beneficiary community. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level</li></ul>
