<p>Location: Newport VT<br>Shift:<br>Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p>

<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>Depending on your assignment, you'll support the manufacturing of world-class protective equipment through tasks such as:</p>

<ul>

<li>Assembly</li>

<li>Cutting</li>

<li>Edge blasting and drilling</li>

<li>Molding</li>

<li>Painting</li>

<li>Finishing/ Trimming/ Bonding</li>

<li>Stapling</li>

<li>Performing visual quality inspections</li>

<li>Following work instructions and safety procedures</li>

<li>Supporting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards</li>

</ul>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>Successful candidates will have:</p>

<ul>

<li>High school diploma or GED</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail</li>

<li>Basic math skills</li>

<li>Ability to read and follow work instructions</li>

<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>

<li>A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety</li>

<li>Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs</li>

<li>Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections</li>

<li>Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment</li>

<p>Physical Requirements</p>

<li>Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift</li>

<li>Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday</li>

<li>Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed</li>

<li>Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment</li>
